All palletised stock is supplied securely wrapped on standard pallets unless otherwise stated.
Prices advertised are for buyer collection from our warehouse.
Once payment has been cleared, goods will be made available for collection by appointment.
Buyers must collect goods within 7 days of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We can assist with arranging UK mainland and international shipping upon request.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales of goods by [Your Company Name] (“the Seller”) to the purchaser (“the Buyer”).
By placing an order or making payment, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1.1 All goods are sold as described at the time of sale.
1.2 Used goods and high-ticket assets are sold as seen, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.3 New palletised goods may be surplus, excess, end-of-line, or clearance stock.
The Seller makes no representation that goods are suitable for any specific purpose unless expressly stated.
2.1 All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
2.2 Prices are for buyer collection unless delivery is specifically agreed in writing.
2.3 Shipping, handling, export, and insurance costs are additional and quoted separately.
Prices may be withdrawn or amended prior to payment.
3.1 Full payment is required prior to collection or dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 Goods will not be released until cleared funds are received.
3.3 Title to goods passes to the Buyer only upon receipt of full payment.
4.1 Buyers must collect goods within 7 days of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Collection is by appointment only.
4.3 The Buyer is responsible for ensuring suitable vehicles, equipment, and personnel for collection.
Where the Seller arranges delivery:
Delivery dates are estimates only
Risk transfers upon dispatch
Delays caused by third-party carriers are outside the Seller’s control
5.1 Risk in the goods passes to the Buyer at the point of:
Collection, or
Dispatch (where delivery is arranged by the Seller)
The Seller is not responsible for loss or damage after this point.
6.1 All sales are final, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2 Returns are not accepted on used goods or clearance stock.
6.3 No refunds will be issued for change of mind, surplus purchases, or buyer error.
Any claims must be raised in writing within 48 hours of collection or delivery.
7.1 Buyers are responsible for inspecting goods prior to collection or acceptance.
7.2 Failure to inspect shall not entitle the Buyer to reject the goods at a later date.
8.1 International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import compliance, and documentation unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8.2 The Seller accepts no liability for delays or costs arising from customs clearance.
9.1 The Seller’s liability shall not exceed the value of the goods sold.
9.2 The Seller shall not be liable for:
Loss of profit
Loss of business
Indirect or consequential losses
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or death caused by negligence.
10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
