We don’t obscure imperfections or bundle unknowns together. Every load is graded, documented and supported by a detailed manifest so you always know what you’re purchasing.

The "Safe Bet." Highest cost, lowest risk.
The Condition: Merchandise is brand new, pristine, and often still in original master cartons. These items have never been sold to a consumer. They are usually here due to store closures, discontinued packaging, or supply chain over-ordering.
Packaging: Sealed, tidy and suitable for gifting or direct-to-shelf retail.
Functionality: 100% guaranteed.
Best For: Physical retail stores, boutique sellers, and platforms requiring "New" condition listings (Amazon, etc.).
The "Margin Maker." Moderate cost, high yield potential.
The Condition: Items that have been sold and returned. They may be "buyer’s remorse" returns (opened but unused) or have minor cosmetic blemishes like light scratches or dented packaging.
Packaging: Original box may be opened, damaged, or replaced with plain brown packaging. Accessories are usually present but should be verified per manifest.
Functionality: Generally fully functional, though minor troubleshooting may be required.
Best For: eBay sellers, discount outlets, and marketplaces allowing "Refurbished" or "Used - Very Good" conditions.
The "Fixer Upper." Lowest cost, highest potential reward.
The Condition: This is raw inventory. It includes a mix of working items, defective items, and units with significant cosmetic damage. These items are generally untested.
Packaging: Mixed. Some original, some loose.
Functionality: Variable. Expect a percentage of "DoA" (Dead on Arrival) units.
Best For: Professional refurbishers, repair shops, and parts harvesters. This grade is not for the general public.
