Shipping costs and methods vary depending on the size, weight and nature of the goods purchased. Where applicable, delivery charges will be clearly shown at checkout or confirmed prior to order acceptance.
Most orders are shipped within 2–5 working days from confirmation of payment, subject to stock availability and logistical requirements. Larger or palletised consignments may require additional handling time.
Delivery is available within the United Kingdom only unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access for delivery, including forklift availability where required. Any failed or refused deliveries may incur additional charges.
